Join us and your fellow TekTone Elite Partners for our TekTone Elite Partner (TEP) Annual Conference, which will be held in Hilton Head, SC on August 21-23, 2025. The 2025 TEP conference will include networking, speakers, seminars, new product demonstrations, and future product plans! We’ll kick off for an evening reception at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 21 and adjourn by 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 23. 

A block of rooms has been reserved for August 21-23, 2025 at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island.  The special room rate will be available until July 30, 2025 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Guests are welcome to extend their stay through Sunday, August 24, for personal time and to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer at the discounted rate!

  • Is this a new installation, or are you servicing existing equipment?
  • When did the issues begin?
  • Were there any incidents prior to the current issue(s)?
  • Your name, phone number and company name.
  • The job site name and address.

When you call us, also tell us:

  • Tech Call Log Numbers: A Tech Call Log Number is a 5-digit number. This is not a return authorization (RMA) number. For RMAs, please fill out an online RMA Request Form.
