Now you can track the status of your TekTone® orders via our website!

Just go to www.tektone.com and click on “Order Tracking” on the left. Enter your 5-digit customer number and your purchase order number in the boxes provided, and click on the “go” button. If your order has shipped, you’ll see the ship date, along with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to track your package’s progress via UPS or FedEx.

Our online database is updated every hour, and shipping information is available up to 2 months after shipment. You can find your 5-digit customer number on our packing lists, invoices and statements in the “Customer Code” field.
